Appetite but cant eat?

I am 16w 2d and I am hungry all the time but cannot stomach anything! What have you ladies tried that worked?

I try to eat a small amount of anything I want. Sounds negligent but for 8 weeks I vomited all the time, and continued to lose weight. Granted, I had lost a lot of weight prior to baby, I was getting off my 9 month long dietary modifications plan (which consisted of <50 carbs per day) and all I could tolerate were carbs. Talk about a crazy diet change! So, I would have like 2 crackers, 1/4 an apple, 1/5 banana, 1/2 biscuit, or really anything to just eat and try to drink lots of water.

Little “healthy” snacks. I will eat yogurt, apple sauce, mandarin oranges, a granola bar. Anything quick and simple. I find it much easier to eat small portions of food throughout the day than 3 big meals. Even if I am still cooking for the family, I’ll only eat little bits of what I actually make and a variety of different things otherwise I feel super full and get “sick of” anything else I eat a big portion of.
