We went on a date Saturday and now it’s Monday/Tuesday.( it’s 1am Tuesday) and the last time I heard from him was that night he texted me saying thanks for hanging out with him. Is it too early for me to text him? I was hoping he’d reach out but he hasn’t .

Unless he said at the end of the date (or during) that he would like to see you again, he’s probably not interested. Especially if you responded to his message and he didn’t respond to yours.
