I’m going crazy

So I’m 4 days late on my period. I have been having very light on and off cramping for a few days but I didn’t have it yesterday and not really today yet. I have been super exhausted and my sex drive is off the wall and last time I had a high sex drive was when I was pregnant with my first. This morning I haven’t been able to eat anything and barley able to drink water without feeling like I’m going to throw up. I took two tests this weekend and both were negative so I’m just so lost and I want to know so bad what’s going on.
