Shakeology
I'm 7 weeks with my 3rd and was drinking shakeology before I got pregnant. I loved the energy it gave me and swear it helped with my migraines, but not having a doctors appointment until week 10 I haven't been able been able to consult with him if it's safe or not. Any one else drinking it or have stopped?
