Period 7 days late, negative testing and some cramping

I have been ttc for the past 2 years. For the past year I have been doing fertility treatments. I had to skip last months treatments because the dh was out of town. I ovulated,I think on a wednesday, my dh was home that friday night and we bded. I am now 7 days late. I am having some cramping and nausea( comes and goes). I had a stuffy nose 1 and a half weeks ago. My boobs are sorta of sore but not anything like my first pregnancy. I took a test this afternoon and it was pregnant. What is going on?
