12 dpt, 10 dpiui and BFN :(

Got a BFN on a First Response test today.

2 days ago it was a very faint line(still the trigger) but now, there is no more trigger nor any promising pregnancy line. Am I out ? Any successful stories with a bfn on my dates after <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>?
