Soooo hormonal am I overreacting?

I feel like a crazy person the smallest things are bugging me! So my sister is pregnant to she’s due the 1st week of April my mom seriously favorites her over me and she is irritating my soul my cousin offered to throw me a gender reveal a few weeks ago my mom told my cousin today that my sister was pregnant and that she should offer to throw my sister one to like am I overreacting does this seem okay?

Man I really feel this in my soul. When I was pregnant with my son my mom threw me a baby shower and then at my baby shower my brother announces that his wife is pregnant. I was so mad that day was supposed to be about me and my baby but he just couldn't wait and had to take it over. Him and his wife have literally taken everything my husband and I have achieved and done something to overshadow it. When I told him about this pregnancy I said "don't you dare do anything or announce anything during my pregnancy. Especially not at my son's first birthday party (in October, we're flying home to celebrate with my family and let everyone meet our little for the first time)"

I was pregnant with my Sister. She is my BF but we had similar issues. It's tough sharing the experience sometimes with a close family member who may be focused on their needs and not soliciting your opinion.

So cool to have a cousin so close in age. I wish my kids did but alas they will be lucky to have any cousins at all.

I have noticed that any underlying issues,especially with family are seriously exacerbated through pregnancy. It's hard to have an objective view when your hormones are all over the place. I guess it seems fair to your mum,seeing as both her daughters are pregnant. Try to enjoy it..I know it's hard x
