Progesterone suppositories?

I am 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Dr put me on 200mg progesterone suppositories. Has anyone done this before?? It’s one a day for 30 days? I went for an ultrasound today due to bleeding (spotting) for a week. Turns out i have a small hemorrhage inferior to my gestational sac. Everything looked good but he said it wouldn’t hurt to try these for a month?

Has anyone done this for a month? Was it okay when you got off of them??
