Relationships after having a baby

It’s been almost 6 weeks since I had my c section.. I have a 7 year old boy also. The dad of our baby girl works 6 days a week. 10-11 hour days.. I feel alone and some days I can’t take it.. he’s working this much to provide for us which I’m extremely thankful for but I’m 32 years old and I find raising a baby now is more difficult than when I was 25.. is it wrong for me to ask him to come home early and maybe work 5 days a week..
