What is the average weight gain per trimester? (That is recommend) I gained 50 last time and I'd like to not go crazy again, I had uncontrolled thyroid disease so I wasn't doing too bad actually. This time 12 weeks and 7 pounds. I am very upset at myself but for the past 8 weeks I haven't been able to work out due to sickness
