Do I give him another chance

So a few years ago I met a guy and we hit it off great. We started to see each other when out of the blue he ghosted me. I gave up all hope until we got reconnected 6 months ago. We picked up back where we left off and it felt amazing. 3 months in out of the blue again he break up with me over text message stating that he has issues and really needs to go see some one . He just recently reached out to me and for some reason every time he does the feelings rapidly come back and i start to fall for him again . Should I give him another chance or just call it quits for real this time ?
