Maternity clothes...??!!

I live in Los Angeles California... I want to get some maternity clothes but don’t want to spend TOO much! I need some warmer clothes for s trip to Washington in October, I will be 6 months then. Where is a good place to get decent clothes?

I just got a lot of basics. Four Ingrid & Isabelle tight tank dresses from Target. I wore those to work with cardigans. A black pencil stretch skirt from Gap maternity during one of those sales where everything is like 40% off. A couple tank tops from Gap and Old Navy. Two pairs of Beyond Yoga leggings (don’t stay up well but they are super soft and comfy) that I got on sale from their site and from Pea in a Pod. And one pair of Paige cropped jeans from Nordstrom Rack online. Oh and I got a couple pairs of maternity sleeping pants from Old Navy. That’s all I needed. I was able to pair that stuff with my normal clothes.

Seriously go to Ross! They have the cutest maternity stuff for extremely cheap! I have gotten the best stuff from Ross!!!

I bought some basics at Old Navy and Macy’s/Pea In a Pod while on sale. But, ever think of renting clothes? I used Le Totes maternity service, it was about $100/month for 8 pieces. It worked well because I could plan...like choose a dress if I had a shower coming up or a big meeting at work or needed summer wear for baby moon. I live in San Francisco, so space was also a consideration. I continued for 3 months after he was born as my size fluctuated back to my old clothes and for nursing friendly styles. It was a lot of fun basically shopping online every month and felt less wasteful for temporary clothes.
