Did I just have a miscarriage?

Im so so sorry for the nasty picture but I honestly never had this happen to me before. I’ve started taking BC July 8th and I’ve been bleeding since July 28th (yes over a month) and I puked for the first 3 weeks I was on Ashlyna.

I usually have awful cramps and that’s the reason I got on birth control to being with, the whole month I’ve been bleeding I’ve only had cramps for the last week.

So today I started a having sharp, razor blade like, pain around my uterus area and ran home from work, took a bath and while I was showering this came out of me. It was all in one piece but it ended up breaking apart.

Also I went to the doctor and changed my medicine one week ago. She told me to take a pregnancy test which I just did after I passed this and it came out negative.

Please help me
