Not feeling pregnant

I am 9 weeks 4days. I know a ton of women on here have posted similar and I always thought it to be weird, but now I’m in the boat. I just don’t feel pregnant at all. I don’t have a bump obviously and I don’t even have hat heavy like feeling in my uterus anymore. My breast don’t hurt what so ever and my morning sickness is totally gone. It just causes so much worry in my head and I can’t help it. Like I said, I know others have posted similar experiences... but for my sanity I really just need to know others are in the same boat!
