my first birth was natural unmedicated homebirth and going in i was very neevous because the whole process was unknown, but i could still syke myself out to think maybe the pain isnt as bad as all the hype, u kno?

welllll... second time around i cant really try to convince myself that anymore since ive already experianced it 😅😅

anyone else more nervous for their second natural (unmedicated) birth? how to overcome it? 😪
