What age is okay for your first time?

I've been going out with my boyfriend for more than 2 years and he is starting to ask about having sex for the first time but he says its my decision and I don't know what to do. Its been a couple of months and I can tell he wants an answer. I don't know what age is okay for your first time and I don't know if it will hurt or anything about how to go about having it for the first time. Help!

As long as it's not a stupid age like 15 at least make sure it's at least legal and you are ready and he is never let anyone force you and I'd suggest to make sure you love each other because I would hate for me or a friend to loose it to something they later find hating and wishing they saved themselves. I did it at 15 :/ and 3 months into the relationship :/ I wish I waited longer but I still don't regret it over 3 years later we are still together as strong as ever 4 years in June and I love him to bits would do anything for it I love him he is my world

It's whatever you're comfortable with. I don't know how old you are. And if you are too young, I wouldn't recommend it. But you've been with your boyfriend for a long time! Talk to him about the anxiety you feel. Yes, it'll probably hurt the first time. But make sure you're wet from foreplay, and have lube, so it hurts less. Make sure he takes it slow. And make sure to communicate! If you're not ready, tell him. But if you are, relax. :)

If you're younger than 15 you should definitely wait, and never do it because you feel pressured. Last but not least, make sure that you are prepared to face whatever consequences result from this.
