Test results

So i did some swab tests to see if i have any of the following; chlamydia, gonorrhoea, thrust and bacterial vaginosis. The std tests came back negative.... but the other two are still being looked at. I may sound crazy but im just scared that they found something terrible and im on edge 😂😷. Im not completely educated on these tests, but can it take longer for them to find a result?
