what did you do at your “nurse intake”

i’m 5 weeks 2 days and i made an appt , they said it was the intake appointment . will i be getting an ultrasound??

They will get all your info and also your partner info the intake is just to get all your information and ask about your symptoms they will get your weight etc, i did the 1hr glucose test at 6weeks 2days (nurse intake appt) as my weight was 171 and I'm 5'2 (over weight) and just got scheduled for my first ob appt, the nurse checked if i had to make any dentist appt and pretty much that was it No ultrasound

You and SO health history, if any Previous pregnancies or MC, a urine test, bloodwork, weight, height for BMI. A welcome packet with important telephone numbers you may need. Theyll tell you how many appts with each trimester, what US you'll get.

this is my 2nd baby as well just had my first 4 months ago i wonder if i’ll still have to do all these questions 😩😩

Basically answered a million questions about mine and my hubbys health history and family history so if you don’t know your partners well I’d have him write it all down or sometimes the mans mom is the best source.  Guys don’t seem to notice all of that sometimes.  That was all though.
