Please help me dear god

I need the help of you ladies (especially my plus size ladies).

Do y’all ever experience like, friction burn on your urethra? I know it sounds weird but on days when I’ve been active a lot (went to gym, and I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital) that you feel a burning/irritation in your urethral area AFTER urination. And it’s sometimes debilitating like I have to sit down for a good 10 minutes until it passes.

This isn’t accompanied with frequency, pelvic pain or burning DURING urination.

I just really need to know I’m not crazy and if this happens to you, what do you do?
