Please help ?????!!!!

So I got this taken at the hospital because I had a baby 6weeks ago July 25th & I had surgery August 14th due to placenta stuck in side me I started stopped bleeding from the surgery and birth around a week ago now yesterday I started bleeding went to the hospital because I was worried it could be complications or infection or something . But I know my doctor said I should be getting my period if I’m not having a new pregnancy I don’t know what to think does this look normal ?? No clots are anything they told me at the hospital is all they didn’t see anything wrong but no what was causing it or if I had clots 😫😫 so stressed out right now
