Is it normal to have spotting four days in a row?

I’m 6w3d. Had period-like bleeding at 4w4d-5d but my hcg has still kept rising. I’ve been having spotting since Monday (6w). It started out red for 20 minutes then turned to brown for 24 hours before turning red again for 20 minutes. Only when it was red it would appear in my underwear, but the brown spotting only happened when I wiped. I made it almost 48 hours with just super light brown spotting when wiping. And now I have a dark brown spot in my pad about the size of a quarter. I’m having so much anxiety about this, I’m convinced I’m going to lose this baby.
