Heart Palpitations??
It never fails. A week before my period I get heart palpitations. I have had my heart checked and they always say I’m perfectly fine! I know palpitations are usually harmless, but they suck so much. As soon as I start my period they go away!
Anyone else go through this too?? I feel like I’m the only one. My twin sister doesn’t experience them only if she drinks too much caffeine. I wonder if it’s hormone related. I think I’m going insane! :(
