I’m stressing

My period is 5 days late. My bf and I haven’t had sex but when I saw him last I gave him a bj and he ate me out after, he said nothing was on his fingers while doing so. Idk if anything could’ve gotten on the hoodie I was wearing and when I was moving off of him and it got on that area. I took a test when I was 3 days late and it was negative. Am I just being paranoid? I have irregular periods. I have no symptoms of my period coming or anything
