Potty training help

I’m trying to potty train her but she’s refusing to go. It’s only day 2 but I can’t get her to even pee. She will pee in her pants immediately off the toilet. I changed her maybe 10 times. I have the timer on but when I say let’s use the bathroom she says no I’m scared. She will sit on it for 2-3min but tells me she’s done the entire time. She enjoys flushing but that’s about it. I try to be positive and fun but she’s not having it. Not sure if I should just keep pressuring her or what?? Advice?

*Thanks I used your guys advice and just laid off the potty training a bit. And like that she openly decided she’s ready days later and now she’s potty trained!
