Hey!!’m so happy of my choice of being vegan,I didn’t even ate meat,neither for dairy products so the transition’s smooth!But I’d like to have some advice :I saw on the web :Nutritional Yeast :Is it essential?Is that true for an nutritious vegan meal you need 1)Protein 2) Starchy(like bread ,rice eetc)3)Fruits & veggies 4)Goods fats 5)Calcium.Vitamins supplements :iodine,Vit b12 & vit d,iron,zinc and Omega 3 ?Thank you so much for helping me with the base .
