Short Period

I’ve always had 5 to 7 day long periods they’re always super heavy and I have the most god awful cramps (sometimes I can’t even walk) but this week I started my period a week early (but I live with other females that was on there’s at the time) and it only lasted 3 days and I had very dull cramps (not that I’m complaining lol) but I’m worried something may be wrong I don’t have any insurance I work at subway making minimum wage so I dont have any money to go see an OB has this happened to anyone else should I go see a doctor ASAP or am I just freaking for no reason.
