HELP/Pain/Ovulation/Period/Cramps

I am 22 and I have felt (what I believe to be) my eggs dropping at random times throughout my days in the past few years, nothing intense or cause for alarm... tonight I am woke out of a dead sleep with SEVERE intense pelvic pain in the areas I normally feel my “eggs drop” and it’s so bad I broke a sweat and was shivering trying not to move because the pain was so piercing.... it feels as if my insides are being pulled downward... I am beyond concerned and im making appt with my obgyn tomorrow but the pain keeps pulsating like it fades off for a minute then starts up again and when I say it’s 100x worse than any period cramp I really mean it.. HAS ANYONE else experienced this and have answers for me?? I have no children and I have been on bc pill for 2 years and I am about 4 days from the beginning my period... any advice or ways to cope is appreciated... this is awful. PLEASE HELP
