I am lost

I am 30. My last 4 periods have become abnormal. My mensuration has been so heavy it’s debilitating. I don’t want to leave the house because I am constantly leaking out of my pad/tampon. ( I am using super tampon and overnight pads. The clotting has gotten so bad and it’s been very painful... I am also nervous to think I may became anemic...

I have a doctors appointment for Saturday.

Does anyone have a suggestions on how to deal with this? Or what I can do to help with the cramping besides Tylenol. Or have you went through this what turned out to be wrong?

Let me note. We have been seeing a fertility specialist for 4 years and they can’t find anything wrong.... but I’m wondering if I have fibroids or endometriosis.
