Need opinions!!

Okay so yesterday morning I took a pregnancy test and got this:

A lot of people said it was a faint positive. I have all the symptoms. Very tired, joint soreness, boobs hurt, headaches, nausea, literally everything lol. I went to the ER this morning for a pain I was having and they took a urine sample to test for pregnancy and I guess it came out negative (I never saw it). Do y’all think I could have ovulated late or something? Does this test above honestly look positive? I’m just so confused! Could I be pregnant?
