IB or period ??

12dpo today and currently at work , clocked in at 5am and not even an hour into working I felt a flow down below and instantly thought PERIOD😳 went to the restroom and my undies had very watery cm , wiped and it was light pink cm so I didn’t have a panty liner and to play it safe at work I just used a tampon , next restroom break the tampon looked like this (pic below) im not sure if it could be IB or just the start of my period , expected AF is 8/8 and I’ve been having mild cramping and nausea all week but yesterday it was a weird never before uterus tight feeling . I usually cramp badly the day before period . What do yall
