Progesterone

This is my first round if Femara. I got my first ever positive opk on CD16 (we've been TTC for a year now so this was extremely exciting). My doctor sent me for bloodwork 7 DPO. I got the level back today and they said my progesterone was 19.9. She said over 12 usually indicates ovulation occurred.

My question is does this seem high enough to be pregnant? Or is this not something that indicates pregnancy. I've read other women have progesterone in the 30s and getting early BFPs, so I'm worried that yet again we didn't conceive. It's still a little early to test as I'm only 8DPO.
