My boyfriends dad, he disowned his son because "he didn't want to be a grandfather" and he took his only son out of his will. My boyfriend doesn't need that in his life, after he did all that, we got pregnant 😂😂 so, sucks to be him, cause he'll never know his grandchild. Ever

Yes my mom was against it for both. My sister found out last year we carry a genetic mutation which causes hearing loss. My sister's first has it and so does my daughter. My daughter has it unilateral and my sister's has it in both ears. This only surfaced within our family with our kids. After we found that out my mother called me and told me to get my tubes tied. I told her it's a decision between my husband and I. We talked about cons, however, we will love our child regardless. Now that I am pregnant she told me once it's born I need to get my tubes tied. I told her again it's not her decision. These are things my husband and I will discuss.

My wife's parents have decided that our baby is not my wife's because in there eyes it is me and someone else's. Which genetically yes. But every other way this is our baby only. And it breaks my heart.

Yes, my MIL, and SIL. My SIL even asked why, and asked us about every birth control option and why we didn't use them. Its no ones business and it upsets me.

My mom was for YEARS!!! I have an 11 year old and in 2007 I had a stillborn. After that I was not able to get pregnant again and I use to talk to her about checking on my fertility, well I finally did and me and my husband did treatments and now we are pregnant and my mom is so fake and all excited, I just ignore her. My mom was against my first pregnancy almost ruined our relationship and my dad is pretty vocal about no more babies! But still planning on TTC come December it's my uterus

Yep. My mom told me to give my daughter away or abort. She also told me I'm a terrible mom and I shouldn't ever have more children.  I am still so torn. I wanted more kids but I know my family doesn't approve, feel like I'm betraying my daughter, etc.

My mother in law actually told me to not have more kids after my 2nd😒😒a couple was enough... and we did our 3rd... and she tought we were joking until i started showing 😧

Yes only because my son is only 9.5 months old. They feel like we are having them too close together.  Even though me and my little sister are 14 months apart. My parents had a hard time keeping up with two in diapers so they think we can't handle it. We are excited though to have them close together.
