How many times a day do your little ones drink milk/formula ?

Just wondering, my mom mentioned today that at our next visit the doctor may say my daughter is drinking a lot of milk (toddler formula). I mean she eats great but got me wondering how many times do your little ones drink milk in a day?

My son has between 200-300mls of milk before he goes to sleep at night. Doesn’t have it for his day naps or through the day

My pediatrician says 1 cup a day, even tho we’re between 2nd and 10th percentile. 🤷🏻‍♀️ We fill up a cup and offer it at breakfast and every snack or meal until it’s all gone, just refrigerate in between. Some days he drinks the whole cup by breakfast and sometimes he still has some left by dinner time. 
There are tons of studies and interpretations. My sil is a dietitian and she gives 3 cups a day, my cousin is a pediatrician and he says 2-4 cups a day, my pediatrician says 1 cup a day. 
My sil and cousin also say only cows milk, but my pediatrician is okay with any kind of milk. 🤷🏻‍♀️ whatevs. As long as they’re still eating a well balanced diet and not filling up on milk, I don’t see any issues.

My little guy is in the 3rd percentile for weight so I still offer toddler formula as well as milk. He usually drinks 6 oz of toddler formula first thing in the morning, food and milk are offered throughout the day and it’s a hit or miss how much he’ll actually eat or drink of it, then I do another 6 oz toddler formula bottle at night right before bed. He was recently sick with hand foot and mouth and for 5 days straight he would only take the toddler formula and was drinking about 24-30 oz of it but I let him since I knew his throat was hurting and it was keeping him hydrated and giving him some form of nutrients. I heard the same thing about trying to get them to have at least 15 oz of milk a day but I also heard yogurt and cheese that they eat can be counted as well if their not drinking a lot of milk.

I don't keep track, but I offer it multiple times a day, especially at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snack time. She gets about 14oz a day. At her 12 month check up, the ped said she should be drinking 15-20 oz a day, but my daughter rarely gets to 15, though I try.
