My daughter is a little over 2. She goes to bed at 8pm (we begin bath and stories at about 630pm) but she will not go to sleep without us walking or rocking her for an hour...an entirely different issue🤦...but anyways she wakes around 830am. My issue is I've been struggling with trying to find an appropriate nap time. She eats lunch around 12:30pm, and lately I've been letting her nap right after lunch, 1 or 1:30 - 3pm. But I feel it may be interfering with getting her down for bedtime ..I used to get her down for nap at about 1130am, but then she sleeps through lunch, so she eats around 1:30pm. What do you guys do with your toddlers?
