Amoxicillin
My 6 mo has an ear infection and was prescribed amoxicillin for the first time. A day after starting the antibiotic she started having looser stool (she is combo fed-so normal stool is thicker). And today she’s already had three loose stools/diarrhea. Anyone have any experience with this? Her pediatricians office is closed so I’m not sure what to do. I’ve read to give probiotics?
Anyone else’s LO get diarrhea on amoxicillin?
