Normally after intercourse my husband will be on top of me for 5 mins so the sprem will go completely to mine .and I will be without moving in bed for min 15 mins even though doing all this after I wake immediately sperm coming out .is this any problem?

Sperm gets to where it needs to be in seconds and the liquid that carries it is just semen, it comes out because it's basically pointless after that. It's normal, don't worry!
