Help pls

Hi loves !!

I was wondering if one of y’all lovely ladies could help me figure out about maybe how far along I am, this will be baby #1 I just turned 21 I’m totally new at this. I got my IUD remover aug 5th and we started trying right away. On the 8th I bled for 3daya heavy flow then it stopped. On aug 21st I took a test and it was negative then after I bled AGAIN 3 days heavy flow again aug 24 . Literally a week after that ( sept 2) I took a test and it came up postive . I thought maybe I was a week along but some friends told me I could be more and it just started to appear on the test positive. Any help is apprecited❤️❤️❤️ Also I have not been able to go to the doctor my boss refused to let me take a day to go to the dr so I have to wait till my day off to finally do :(
