Scared

I’m 20 weeks now with my first child and I haven’t felt baby kick yet ... my anatomy scan is on the 16th September and I’m so scared about the results and I’m even more scared of having a stillbirth 😩 Does anyone else feel like this ? I’m so anxious and scared all the time and it’s eating me up inside but my 12 weeks scan was fine with low risk for DS and I heard babies heart beat which was 154 bpm not even a month ago so I’m sure I’m fine it’s just always on my mind and I wanna know if anyone else feels the same ?
