Weird period

I have had kyleena for 3 years now. I have endometriosis. My period is usually very dark, heavy, and clotty. This month it was pink, sometimes bright red but not often, watery. After the week was over I started getting heavy discharge. It has a yellow tint and smells like it did when I first got my period. It’s also thin. I took a pregnancy test and it’s negative so the iud is still working as it should. I had to reschedule my obgyn appointment because of things that came up.

Edit: also before getting my period I felt like I was pregnant. Back pain. Cravings. Mood swings. Heartburn. Peeing a lot. Exhausted.
