Question

If my temp continues to rise for 2 more temps does it confirm ovulation?
Also if I did ovulate on CD21 am I out we didn't BD the day before but we did BD 2 days before 😔🤔. Thanks.

CD 21 is looking good. Two things: best days in studies are 1-2 days before, one study even found 3 days before as best—you’re fine! Secondly, a couple studies have found that BBT isn’t terribly accurate, for about 20-30% of women their temp doesn’t rise for 2-3 days. So it’s possible you ovulated earlier anyhow. Have hope! Now that pesky two week wait...
