Perimenopause @ 47

I had a marina coil in for 13 years so had very little bleeding over that time. Then at beginning of year I started having dizzy spells. I was checked for everything and had the coil removed just in case it was that causing the dizziness. That was 9 months ago my periods are all over the place. Really heavy. I went two months without one then two came 10 days apart. I’m not sleeping at all well. I have these moments where my face and back of neck go clammy and I have beads of sweat form. Is this a flush. I do not have a clue what is happening to me but I feel like I’m going off my head. Could this be the early stages of perimenopause.
