Swollen blocked Montgomery gland

Hiya, I'm 32 weeks pregnant and am suffering with a blocked and swollen Montgomery gland that is tender and warm to touch on the outer of my areola. Is there any remedies to soothe the tenderness? Has anyone else suffered with this that could shed some light? As I feel it could become a problem whilst breastfeeding which I intend to do.
