PCOS How did you know you had it ?

Before being diagnosed with PCOS did you have a suspicion that you might have it or did you get surprised with being diagnosed with it ? What are signs, symptoms and all that of PCOS. Right now I only suspect I may have PCOS but I wanna hear your stories to see if what I’m experiencing adds up and before I make an appointment, thank you in advance 😊

P.s. Been trying to get pregnant for a little over a year now (since July 2018) had a early natural miscarriage is January 2019 and been off birth control (nexplanon) since July 2018
