Penny for your thoughts

So For my husbands birthday I got him a record player. So I need y’all a thoughts. He wants me to test with him and us find out together. I want to test on my own and if it’s positive surprise him. Here is my idea. I want to get a custom vinyl made with some songs about having babies and my voice recording telling him. Then give it to him and say I had a special record made for him and have him listen to it to find out! What do y’all think. Should I surprise him with a vinyl or take the test with him?
