Worst back pain I’ve ever felt ??
I woke up in the middle of the night to a really sore back in the middle of it and now it’s still happening I can barely turn or stand up straight without bad pain in my middle back . It’s really sharp . I took Tylenol and it hasnt helped at all. Is this normal. And what should I do
