pgp!?

Question

has anybody else been diagnosed with pgp? i am in so much pain i don’t know what to do at this point. i wanna just cry i have 3 kids i need to take care of but this pain makes it impossible to do anything.

Yes and it’s so brutal. They thought it was RLP for months and didn’t listen when I said it was so much worse and absolutely not RLP. Finally they listened after a couple ladies on here said it sounded like PGP. There are support belts you can get that go up around your shoulders that really do help with the pain and pressure. Tylenol does take the edge off a little. I’ve found if I take a hotter-than-warm bath at night I’m sleeping better and it doesn’t hurt quite so much to sleep or turn over in bed. Talk to your OB about a belt and see if that might help!! Oh also, I’ve recently figured out if I can manage to “pop” my pelvis it helps. I go down into a squat and spread my legs as far apart as possible and shift a little until the joints pop. Not permanent relief but enough to get me through another few hours. Sooooo sorry you’re dealing with this too!!!

I haven't been diagnosed with anything but I lay down on my side wrong a few days ago and now it feels like my pelvis is trying to split in half. :-/ 
I got a pregnancy support belt yesterday and it's been helping, but I'm having to be super cautious about my movements because I'm constantly re-injuring myself and I can feel my pelvis clicking a bunch. Fun times.
