What do braxton hicks really feel like?

Today for the first time I had what felt like moments of breathlessness (felt like the start of panic attack that never actually goes into one) and during those breathless moments I get cramps in my stomach that feel almost like bowel pains and really needing to go too the toilet feeling? I’m 25wks and have no idea what they feel? I get mild diarrhea right after getting these cramps and breathlessness too?

For me they arent painful at all but my bump just gets super tight and uncomfortable

Mine aren’t painful and don’t have anything that follows. It’s just a tightening feeling. Sometimes maybe a little short of breath but not every time (also, I’m short of breath pretty constantly now at 35w so it’s hard to say if there’s a correlation). If you’re having pain with them I’d probably ask my OB at the next visit.

It feels like your abs are flexing and you aren’t controlling it. You can tell just by feeling it. It will not be soft, it’ll be rock hard. And they should not hurt but can feel uncomfortable.
