Miscarriage treatment questions

Can any of you strong ladies share with me your knowledge and/or experiences with the 3 treatment options? (Natural passing, the pill form(unsure of actual name) or surgical treatment)

I went to the ER this morning after spotting at almost 12 weeks. US showed baby stopped growing around 9.5 weeks and had no heartbeat. Sadly, I have been down this road before. I passed naturally at 6 weeks last Dec, and had my second D&C in March when I was 11 weeks but same diagnosis as today. Small and no heartbeat.

I am mostly curious to know about the pill option, since I know the ins and outs of the surgical option. Thank you in advance.😢
