TMI Question Need Honest Answers

I’ve been uncomfortable for the last two days. I had a couple of minor contractions today, no biggie. I’ve been noticing some extra pressure yesterday and today in my hips and on my cervix when I sit, especially. I’ve also had an increase in discharge which is similar to post ovulation and what I had in my early pregnancy which was a mix of lotion and water. So, it’s not really, really thick, but somewhat thick and a little runny and white absolutely no smell like something is off. In addition to that, I noticed I was a little puffy and red today. When I looked in the dreaded handheld mirror, I seemed to be a little different looking also (haven’t peeked in awhile, but nothing startling seemed more soft and squishy looking) and had a lot of discharge.

So, my question is... This is the longest I’ve ever been pregnant and never had a live birth. Is this something any of you have experienced previously or are currently experiencing? I’m 34+4 and I see OBGYN Wednesday. She started me on weekly appointments last week. I also see her next Tuesday 9/16 and MFM next Wednesday 9/17. I’ll have my strep b swab this Wednesday. Baby has been super active the last three days.
