Am i suppose to be constipated?

I am not constipated and i’m 4 weeks pregnant and as stupid as it sounds it worries me that i’m not.. girls always say they are in pregnancy.. but if anything as TMI as this sounds I have the runs but not all the time.

I didn’t get constipated until the second trimester. I also ate healthy including a ton of veggies and fiber and still had constipation. Some people get it and others don’t. It was really the only pregnancy symptom I had my whole pregnancy though.

4 weeks is also quite early to be having symptoms, give it time

Constipation isnt normal. So those who are constipated during early pregnancy are usually lacking fiber or another mineral. While yes it does happen, it doesn't mean it HAS to happen in order to have a normal pregnancy.

I only had constipation in one of my 7 pregnancies. U don’t always have it

I had a LOT of constipation when I was pregnant with my son. Even started bad with it with this baby. When I hit my second trimester it just kind of stopped 🤷‍♀️ I brought it upto my midwife and she said its normal for some women.

I just now started having regular bowel movements at 17 weeks. I have had loose since before finding out.

I had diarrhea during 1st trimester.
